宜兴天山水泥有限公司创办于1979年9月(原江苏恒来建材股份有限公司)，原属于集体企业，1999年改制为股份制民营企业，2007年底被新疆天山股份下属江苏天山水泥集团收购。公司注册资本1.6亿元，资产总额7.3亿元。现有职工650人.公司目前拥有日产2500吨和5000吨熟料新型干法水泥生产线各一条，无锡年产200万吨水泥粉磨站一座，年产水泥熟料300万吨，水泥350万吨。 公司生产的“恒来牌”水泥主要销于沪和苏锡常地区大中型城市商品混凝土搅拌站，享有较高声誉。用于上海机场、上海地铁、杨浦大桥、京沪高铁和其他中高曾建筑等重点工程建设。
